Zachary spearheads the ratings production process, ensuring the timely and accurate generation of Charity Navigator’s ratings. He is also responsible for developing and overseeing the organization’s quality assurance and appeals mechanisms. Additionally, he directs the operations of Charity Navigator’s Alert System, a vital resource that provides donors with the information necessary to make informed giving decisions, all while upholding the tenets of consistency, fairness, and innovation. Prior to his tenure at Charity Navigator, he attained an M.A. in English Literature from Boston College. In his personal time, he enjoys reading, gaming, hiking, and exploring whatever nerdy pursuit has caught his attention.
